I Love Chicken!
Today I tried two new recipes,
-Bella Chicken with Brandy Sauce
-Dijon Roasted Cauliflower with Onions
The chicken tasted really good, I just wish I cooked the cauliflower a little earlier since the chicken was getting cool, while the cauliflower was really hot!
I just made it again for steve, and he liked it :)
the chicken is: flour, salt, pepper, boneless chicken breast, mushrooms, 1 shallot, italian seasoning, 1/3 cup of brandy, 3/4 cup of whipping cream and parsley for garnish.
1. dip the chicken in the flower with petter and salt. 2. add chicken cover for 5 min until brown, then cook it the un covered until it isent pink inside anymore 3. in a diff pan cook mushrooms, shallot, italian seasoning, pepper, salt until mushrooms light brown. stir in brandy until liquid evaporates then add cream in a boil until it is somewhat thick.
