Yummy Recipes

Recipe for cauliflower/leek puree

1 head cauliflower

1 leek diced

1 garlic clove chopped

Steam cauliflower in chicken broth (or salted water) until al dente.

Meanwhile, sautee leek and garlic in olive oil.

Combine the cauliflower and leek/garlic with milk (I used 3/4 cup soy milk) and use an immersion blender to mix until creamy. Salt and pepper to taste.

Yum!


green beans, sauteed in olive oil, garlic and salt

broiled egg plant with seasonings olive oil and cheese

grilled zucchini with Cavendars seasoning and olive oil

green beans or zucchini cooked in soy sauce and sesame seeds.
